Unlike our signature kickboxing classes which focus on conditioning, these STRIKE+ classes aim to improve your skills in movement, defense, pad work and advanced striking. You will learn to safely spar with partners and coaches. Our program pulls from boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Our sessions are for beginner to intermediate levels who want to learn striking skills. Classes happen on Tuesday & Thursday at 545pm Find out more about striking classes HERE

Best Gym (Quite literally) since they got awarded the Best of the Best Gyms!! I’ve been going here since February of 2019 and stopped once the pandemic started. I started back up around March of 2021. My experience here is great, The staff are super friendly and motivating, The workouts burn you a ton! Today I burned 865 calories in the span of an hour. I totally recommend buying a Myzone they’re only $50 and it allows you to track your progress!
MA Fitness and it’s team are absolutely the best. My wife and I joined six months ago and love it. The kickboxing classes are fun, exciting, and challenging. When we joined MA we wanted a gym that would not only give us a place to workout but also a place where we could have a supportive community. Luckily we have found it.
