COBRA gets right to the point of reality based self defense training so hop into a Survival camp or Weekend Immersion training to acquire a skills set that goes with you wherever you go. Best Gym (Quite literally) since they got awarded the Best of the Best Gyms!! I’ve been going here since February of 2019 and stopped once the pandemic started. I started back up around March of 2021. My experience here is great, The staff are super friendly and motivating, The workouts burn you a ton! Today I burned 865 calories in the span of an hour. I totally recommend buying a Myzone they’re only $50 and it allows you to track your progress!
