+ FITNESS KICKBOXING

Signature workouts with focus on improving your conditioning, burning body fat and building lean muscle. Your 1st session is free and each session is beginner friendly.
Each kickboxing session is 45 minutes following our 6 round structure of training. You will work on your own heavy bag within the group with plenty of space and the freedom to move at your pace while being challenged and motivated by a trainer. Each combination and exercise is led step by step with feedback to fix your form and improve your fitness. Session times: 645am, 9am, 445pm, 545pm, 645pm daily

ST PETE FITNESS CHALLENGE

Looking for more than just a membership? With this 8-week fitness program, you’ll have a detailed plan from day 1 including: unlimited workouts, measurable fitness goals to achieve week by week and a personalized macro nutrition plan. Most of us “know” what to do. The issue is doing it. The key to achieving weight loss or strength results is having coaches educate and keep you accountable. You’re not alone in your fitness journey- work with a coach to understand your nutrition and fitness goals.

+ SPARRING IN STRIKE+ 

Unlike our signature kickboxing classes which focus on conditioning, these STRIKE+ classes aim to improve your skills in movement, defense, pad work and advanced striking. You will learn to safely spar with partners and coaches. Our program pulls from boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Our sessions are for beginner to intermediate levels who want to learn striking skills. Classes happen on Tuesday & Thursday at 545pm  Find out more about striking classes HERE

Best Gym (Quite literally) since they got awarded the Best of the Best Gyms!! I’ve been going here since February of 2019 and stopped once the pandemic started. I started back up around March of 2021. My experience here is great, The staff are super friendly and motivating, The workouts burn you a ton! Today I burned 865 calories in the span of an hour. I totally recommend buying a Myzone they’re only $50 and it allows you to track your progress!
