    The MA Fitness Martial Arts program combines Tae Kwon Do with Kickboxing, Boxing, and Modern Street Self Defense. This unique program will give you and your family the most modern and effective form of self defense by teaching you techniques that really work, and then combines them with the best of traditional martial arts values.

    Our kickboxing classes aren’t the only classes that can blast fat away.  These classes condition the entire body and assist in building lean muscle mass, strengthening joints and burning fat.  Sometimes classes will focus on upper body, lower body or be a total body workout.  MA Fitness utilizes resistance bands, dumbbells, and medicine balls in all strength classes.
