Get serious and get sweaty with these amazing classes that will test you in different ways. All of these classes are included in our fitness programs. Specialty classes may be different depending on location.

COBRA Conditioning – Classes involve mitt work, knees, elbows, ground & pound, and other COBRA self defense conditioning drills to take your workout up a notch all while learning empowering skills.
Warrior Workout – Pure adrenaline pumping class with a focus on muscle fatigue and endurance. This is the ultimate for advanced students that will challenge your fitness utilizing circuit training, pyramids, weights, tabata and more. Not for the faint of heart, 1 Hour long.
Strength Training – You’ve been doing your part in cardio. Now it’s time to sculpt that physique and tighten up loose areas. Focus on learning how to do more advanced movements and feel your body build that lean muscle. Take part in focused classes that change weekly and challenge your body in different ways. Hypertrophy, endurance and high volume training will have you getting stronger and more toned in no time.

I have no experience in kickboxing. Can I still take classes?
Yes! We will teach you everything you need to know including punches, kicks, and exercise techniques.
How long are the classes?
Level 1 standard kickboxing classes are 45 minutes long. Warrior Workout and Combat Kickboxing are 1 hour.
Do I need a lot of equipment?
No, the only necessary equipment is boxing gloves, although hand wraps are very recommended. Don’t have your own? Borrow a pair of gloves from us.
What should I wear to a class? Do I have to wear a uniform?
No, these classes are not traditional martial arts classes. They are fun, filled with energy and designed to make you sweat. Wear comfortable workout attire that you won’t mind getting sweaty.
I’m really interested but I’ve never done kickboxing and am not sure if it’s something I would like. Is there a class available that I can try out to see if I like it?

I’m more interested in self defense. Should I sign up for kickboxing or the C.O.B.R.A 10 Week Academy?
Kickboxing will get you in shape, but the C.O.B.R.ATM Academy is the best option for learning self defense. It is a program designed for everyone, regardless of skill level or fitness level to learn from. Is there a minimum or maximum age to participate in the kickboxing classes?
The fitness classes are designed for adults, so the recommended ages are 14+.
I have bad knees and back problems. Will I be able to take these classes?
Yes! Kickboxing is a low impact exercise which means that it does not put the stress on your joints like other cardiovascular exercises. Classes are “Self Paced,” meaning that if you ever need to take a break during class or substitute a technique for one that feels too painful, you can do it. If you have knee or back issues, let us know and we will give you some modifications during class. Everyone is different, so is try a free class to see how your body responds.
