Wellness Day 2019 – Kickboxing, Strength, Weight Loss & Self Defense
Join us for a fun and active experience for the whole family on New Years Day 2019. Kickboxing workout and strength training will begin at 10am and run continuously until 12 noon. Talk and learn from wellness vendors, experience new workouts and learn self defense from a certified COBRA self defense instructor during the 11:30am seminar. All ages are welcome!
