MA Fitness kickboxing class are for all levels. The self paced, single bag structure allows for you to see progress while working from whatever fitness level you are currently in. Punches, kicks, squats and core work blend together for high intensity rounds and a workout that goes by so fast it doesn't feel like "work" at all. You leave exhausted, sweaty and feeling great. This class is for ages 13+.
There are also dedicated strength classes to focus on upper body or lower body lean muscle building. Those classes utilize weights, resistance bands and body weight to turn your body into a lean, mean machine.
Self defense is also a big deal here at MA Fitness. You'll find specific reality based self defense classes through COBRA Self Defense which operates within our walls. The 1-day camp or 5 week course is amazing at developing real world skills in a short amount of time. You won't have to spend 3 year learning unnecessary techniques and katas and you won't be bowing or wearing a uniform. These classes are law enforcement based and teach you how to deal with criminals from prevention all the way to physical techniques to stop the threat.
