Take the Action 8 week course! This 8 week challenge program designed to get you in shape by incorporating fitness kickboxing, strength training, nutrition and more. Take part in fitness evaluations, testing and get a coach to help guide you on your fitness challenge. You start with a group of people just like you and go on the 8 week journey together with coaches to help you set goals and get you to where you want to be!
